| My research program is focused on (1) the design and implementation of efficient parallel algorithms, (2) the interrelationship between the theoretical analysis of parallel algorithms and the performance observed on current parallel architectures, and (3) the use of efficient parallel algorithms for large-scale data analytics and computational biology. |
